The buyer deploys on accounts they own.
The documented target is the buyer’s Vercel project with Neon or Supabase PostgreSQL. The CLI collects readiness evidence, requires reviewed migration SQL, and blocks promotion when required target evidence is missing or stale.
Agentium Start does not host the buyer’s application, database, email, or payment account.
Fresh cloud installs, interrupted deploys, and restore proofs are not certified on the current source tree.
